DailySelah is a Christian meditation app that provides breath-synced Scripture meditation experiences. The service includes:
DailySelah is designed for personal devotional use. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for mental health conditions.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use DailySelah. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Free content remains accessible without a subscription.
DailySelah uses Scripture passages from publicly available Bible translations. Scripture quotations are attributed to their respective translations (e.g., ESV, NIV, NLT). We present Scripture faithfully and do not alter the meaning of biblical text.
When using DailySelah, you agree not to:
All content within DailySelah, including but not limited to meditation scripts, audio narrations, app design, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd. and is protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Your use of DailySelah is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
DailySelah provides breathing exercises and meditation content for spiritual and general wellness purposes. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have a respiratory condition, anxiety disorder, or any health concern, consult a healthcare professional before using breathing exercises.
If you experience dizziness, discomfort, or difficulty breathing during a session, stop immediately.
DailySelah is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DailySelah at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancellation of these Terms does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel it through your device's app store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
