Information we do NOT collect:
- We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library
- We do not collect precise location data
- We do not collect health or biometric data

5. App Permissions
DailySelah requests only the minimum permissions necessary:
- Audio Playback: To play meditation narrations and ambient sounds. No microphone access is required or requested.
- Network Access: To load content updates and sync your progress
- Notifications (optional): To send meditation reminders if you enable them
All permissions are optional. The core meditation experience works without granting any special permissions.
6. Cookies and Tracking
On our website, we use:
- Essential Cookies: Required for website functionality
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics and Umami to understand site usage
- Marketing Cookies: Facebook Pixel for advertising measurement
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool. The mobile app does not use cookies.

- Waitlist Data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely
When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
