Our Commitment

DailySelah, operated by Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd., maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to creating a safe environment and take our responsibility to protect children seriously.

About Our Service

DailySelah is a Scripture meditation app that provides pre-created breathing exercises and audio content. Our app:

  • Does not include any social, messaging, or community features
  • Does not allow users to communicate with one another
  • Does not allow user-generated content or uploads
  • Contains only curated biblical Scripture content and audio narrations

Due to the nature of our app, the risk of child exploitation through our platform is minimal. Nonetheless, we maintain robust safeguards.

Age Requirements

DailySelah is intended for users aged 13 and older (16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If we learn that a child under the minimum age has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in connection with our service:

  • Child grooming or any attempt to exploit minors
  • Sextortion of minors
  • Child sex trafficking
  • Sharing, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any other form of child sexual exploitation

Definition of CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any visual depiction, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and computer-generated imagery, that involves a minor (any person under 18 years of age) engaged in sexually explicit conduct, or any depiction that has been created, adapted, or modified to appear as such.

Reporting Concerns

If you have any concerns about child safety in connection with our service, please report them immediately through any of the following channels:

Response Procedures

Upon receiving a report of potential child exploitation, we will:

  • Immediately review and assess the report
  • Remove any confirmed prohibited content
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the Australian Federal Police and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Suspend or terminate accounts associated with violations
  • Cooperate fully with any resulting investigations

Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child protection, including:

  • Australian child protection laws
  • International treaties and conventions on children's rights
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines regarding child safety
  • Applicable US federal and state laws (including COPPA)
