How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). DailySelah does not process payments directly.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days of account deletion.

Is DailySelah free?

DailySelah offers a selection of free meditations. Premium content is available via an optional subscription.

What Bible translations do you use?

We use a variety of trusted evangelical translations including the ESV, NIV, and NLT. The translation is noted on each meditation.

I'm having trouble with audio playback.

Make sure your device is not on silent/mute mode and that the volume is turned up. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. For further help, email us at info@vertial.com.

Can I request a specific Scripture meditation?
